Rating rules
- Only Published shares still inside the 3 weekday window can receive new ratings. Closed, Draft, and Hidden cannot.
- You must be signed in. Presenters cannot rate themselves.
- If invitees are set, people not on the list cannot rate.
- Score all four dimensions (0–10), or set Overall impression first and expand details if needed. The composite uses admin-configured weights.
- Comments are optional, up to 500 characters. Tags are optional.
- You can edit a rating for 4 hours after the first save. Then it locks.
How email is sent
- Invite emails go out only when a share is Published and invitees are set. Saving a draft or leaving the list empty sends nothing.
- Mail is queued. Each person is emailed once per share.
- People added later who have not been notified are emailed while the share is still Published.
- Presenters do not receive a rating invite for their own share.
- Admin registration invites email a link valid for 24 hours. Public registration is controlled in settings.
- If a Slack / Feishu / DingTalk webhook is configured, a message is posted when a share is published, plus a morning digest of open ratings.
Visibility
- The home page and annual report only show Published and Closed shares.
- Drafts and Hidden shares are invisible to guests. The presenter and admins can open them.
- Whether rater names are shown is an admin setting.
FAQ
Why is my new share missing from the home page?
New shares start as drafts. Publish from My shares or the detail page so others can see it and invitees get email.
When does a share close automatically?
After 3 weekdays from the share date (Monday–Friday). New ratings stop; existing ratings can still be edited inside the 4 hour window.
Why can’t I rate some shares?
It may be your own session, already closed, or limited to an invite list you are not on. Guests cannot rate.
Can I change a rating after saving?
Yes, for 4 hours after the first save. Then it locks.
What if I created a share by mistake?
Presenters can delete within 4 hours from the detail page or My shares. After that, ask an admin.
Can I change my share’s title or date?
On the site you can only edit the description, up to 3 times. Title, date, status, and invitees require an admin.
I set invitees. Why did someone not get email?
Email is sent only when Published, once per person. Confirm they are on the list, not the presenter, and the address is correct. Mail is queued—check inbox and spam.
How is the composite score calculated?
The four dimensions are weighted using admin settings. Changing weights recalculates displayed scores.
